Experience: As a natural-born clairvoyant and medium, Dennis has been giving readings — providing insights into the future and helping family members connect to loved ones who’ve passed on — for more than 13 years; her readings book up to seven months in advance; she has published What’s Above, a book that recounts her discovery and journey into becoming a clairvoyant and medium; she had her own TV show, The Antique Psychic, which ran from 2003 to 2006 on Access TV; she has made numerous radio appearances, giving on-air readings, on Vibe 98.5, CJAY 92, XL 103 and 90.3 AMP; she says she is almost never wrong.
“I grew up with no religious background. I never went to church, so I was like a blank slate.”
“At 13, I had my first out-of-body experience. It was track and field day at school. I had gone home early and fallen asleep. Next thing I knew, I could see myself looking down at myself on my bed. I came in real close. I could see that I was breathing. I wasn’t frightened, but I wasn’t sure … it was just like having no gravity. At some point, my mom came in to tell me dinner was ready and, snap, I was back. That was my first of almost daily out-of-body experiences.”
“I continued to have out of body experiences until I was 23. When I was expecting my first daughter, it all stopped. I had nothing for two to three years. I must have been a sleep-deprived mother.”
“When my daughter was about a year and a half, I went to work at a bank for a few days a week, just to get out of the house. That’s when the intuition phase kicked in. I knew everything. I’d play this game with my co-workers where I’d think of a client, write down their name and show my friends, then moments later they’d walk through the door. Everyone was like, ‘How’d you do that?’”
“We’re all psychic to a degree; I’m just gifted at it. It’s just like we can all sing, but we’re not all gifted singers.”
“I’m probably more clair audient. I usually hear a voice in my head, more than anything else. When I meet with people, it’ll give me information or tell me to ask a question, like ‘Ask about a boyfriend.’”
“I let people audio-record their readings. I’ve had about 10 people over the years who’ve called me afterward to say, ‘Oh, my god, I can hear the part in the tape were they’re giving you information.”
“In order to ‘hear,’ [information while giving a reading] I had to learn to shut off my thinking through meditation, until I was able to turn it on and off. Now, I can go back and forth, and channel information.”
“Everything in this universe is just one big energy field vibrating at different frequencies. It’s science. It’s Einstein. This table isn’t solid. If you look at anything in the universe under a big microscope, you’ll see beyond cells and atoms that it’s just an energy field. You can’t destroy energy. It only changes form. It’s the same for people who cross over and die. They change form, but they’re still with us.”
“I’ve channelled lots of people who have crossed over. I’ve channelled Christopher Reeve. I’ve also channelled a whole bunch of stuff on who I think Jack the Ripper was. I’ve got it all on tape. The only problem is I can’t get anyone to verify it. That’s always the problem. I need someone to validate it. It would be great if there were a police file that was never made public. I guess that’s kind of hard after 122 years.”

Hi Michelle,
Readings tend to be booked a few months in advance and at the moment, I think we might be booking 6 months in advance. I also advise parents that children should be over 18 years. Occasionally I make an exception if their mother, father or sibling passed away and they are attending the reading with a parent.

Sam, I’d love to give you a reading but unfortunately I don’t make my way out to Vulcan as often as I once did.

I have e meaning to contact you for a number of years. My sister and a good friend of mine have seen you and gained great peace, I am really struggling with my grief and am hoping talking with you will help me be a better person for both my family and my work. I am a catholic school teacher who is also struggling with my faith.
There have been deep losses in my life that I struggle to understand and accept even though they happened many years ago. I have a wonderful husband and children and a great career. I should be content and yet I am haunted by memories of pain and suffering I witnessed as a child and a young person.
I am looking for a little peace and hope that the people who I love and have gone before are in a good place and are at peace themselves.

Hi Kim,
I have been through a lot in my life time and more so in the last 10 years. So much has happened to me that I pray each night for all that I need. I don’t go to church because of work schedule and just tired. I suppose I could go into the details of my trauma and crisis in my life, but at this point I feel that it would not do me any good. Relationships are atrocious, I get hurt more often than not. I have given up on many things, not sure what to do anymore other than just live day to day.
I would really like to get some insight, guidance or maybe someone has just put a curse on me and I am stuck with being alone living a hard life day to day. I would like a in-person reading with you if that is at all possible. I live in Calgary. Hello, i have seen the same psychic about 4 times now.. She is wonderful but not really a medium , my grand father has came through to my mother before but she will just say a few words….
